With just nine days left to enter Dezeen Awards 2024, last year’s winners detail the positive outcomes of winning. Mexican architects ODAmx and Rubén Valdez Practice, who won interiors project of the year in 2023, told Dezeen that winning generated “exposure which has translated into many potential opportunities,” while furniture design of the year winner Noho said winning “increased morale.”

“Dezeen Awards stands out for its unparalleled focus on cutting-edge design and its global reach within the design community,” said Swedish firm Mizetto, which took home workplace design of the year for its unconventional waiting-area seating.

Winning is “transformative” for many winners, with Mizetto stating, “It has reaffirmed our commitment to innovation, motivating us to continually raise the bar in our designs and deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

Other winners, like Architectural Pioneering Consultants and KA Architecture, expressed how winning Dezeen Awards boosted visibility, encouraged development, and promoted sustainability-focused architecture in their respective projects.
